YOUTH BEGINNER CLASSES
Youth Epee Introductory Class
The Youth Introductory Class is a 6 week program for ages 8-13. This class is for enthusiastic kids looking to have fun and try out a new sport. This program, designed for the first time fencer is limited to 12 students. The total cost of the class is $150. Boys and girls are welcome, and all equipment is provided!
This class is intended to slowly build in intensity. The class is a great way to get active and be involved in a cool sport. Students will learn about fencing, receive lessons, and participate in footwork drills. Students will learn the basic skills necessary for Epee fencing and will build their skill level as the class progresses. The class stresses the importance of footwork in fencing and students will learn to combine footwork with blade skills. Most importantly, this class is an opportunity to have fun, make friends, and discover a very cool new sport.
In this class, our experienced coaches will demonstrate and teach skills and proper techniques through group lessons, games, drills, and plenty of fencing. Part of each class is spent on physical fitness and footwork drills. The class provides group interaction, and all kids are welcome and are encouraged to participate. This class is a fantastic way to keep your energetic kids busy, active, and having fun throughout the fall!

ADULT BEGINNER CLASSES
Adult Epee Introductory Class
The adult class (ages 14 and older) is a 6 week program that meets either on Monday or Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-8pm.
All equipment is provided! The class is for first-time fencers who are looking to have a great time trying something new. Each class is limited to 10 fencers, and the total cost of the class is $150.
The program is designed to increase in intensity throughout the six-week course. Absolutely no knowledge of fencing is required, and you’ll be learning alongside other newcomers to the sport in a comfortable and fun environment. Students will learn about fencing and will receive drill line lessons, participate in footwork drills, and get the chance to fence each other. At the end of the day, this co-ed program is all about having a great time, staying active, and discovering a unique and exciting new sport.
